I don’t know if the new electronic map software made by XROAD will be better than Google Maps, but I think they target different market. Designed for both iPod and iPhone, the map will cover North America and Canada.

The electronic map allows iPod or iPhone users to search their destination. Especially, iPhone provides information about the current location via a built-in GPS module. According to the company, they expects to develop the map for Europe and Asia and the Middle East in the future.
